Newest ambassador to U.N. Agencies in Rome presents credentials

The new U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Agencies in Rome Cindy Hensley McCain (left) presents her diplomatic credentials to the Director-General of the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Dr. Qu Dongyu (right), at FAO headquarters, Jan. 18. During the ceremony, McCain committed to working together with FAO to promote accountability, address climate change, increase public-private partnerships, and boost innovation in agriculture. McCain is the ninth U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Agencies in Rome.
