Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Acting Chief Executive Officer Mahmoud Bah and their Senior Policy Officer Patrick Malarkey visited Togo, Nov. 29-30. Their visit was aimed at reinvigorating Togo’s dedication to, and implementation of, its $35 million Threshold Program—an initiative focused on information and communications technology and agricultural land registration. Embassy Lomé arranged and participated in all meetings and briefed Bah and Malarkey on Threshold Program implementation. Ambassador Eric Stromayer also held a productive working dinner for ministers with portfolios covering the Threshold Program.
