Diversity and Inclusion Council hosts inaugural outreach event

Dr. Ray Crawford Jr., the chief of staff of executive outreach within the Federal Student Aid Office at the Department of Education, gives a presentation “Leveraging Diversity for a More Inclusive Workplace” in the Ralph Bunche Library, Jan. 28. His keynote speech, which provided insight into how to create a diverse and inclusive culture, was part of the first outreach event hosted by the Bureau of Global Talent Managements’ Diversity and Inclusion Council (D&I). D&I strives to support a workforce that is diverse in all ways, and create a more inclusive environment that will contribute to the Department’s success as an organization.
