For outstanding leadership, management, and performance as a facility manager (FM) in Muscat, Oman. Pearson consistently worked and collaborated with other sections at post and showed dedication to the community by chairing the Green Team and participating in outreach activities that strengthened U.S.-Omani relations. Further, his support of the local FM staff through both mentoring and selective training opportunities brought new skill sets to his section and improved the delivery of facility services.
