The Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) hosted a customer appreciation day in the Harry S. Truman building Exhibit Hall, Oct. 24. IRM employees spread the word on new services such as Self Service Password Reset, which allows employees to reset their OpenNet passwords anytime, anywhere, from any device; shared successful improvements in the account transfer process; and demonstrated new mobile technologies. Instructors from the Foreign Service Institute’s School of Applied Information Technology also marketed their new classes on data analytics and IT consulting. More than 300 Department of State personnel attended the event.
